Personalized training with Rick:
At Ricks All American we do more than gymnastics and wrestling. Rick has been training athletes for over 20 years and has specialized in sport specific training. Our specialized training methods include the following:
- Cardiovascular training
- Resistance training
- Power training
- Flexibility

Personal Training at this level requires dedication for optimal results. The method used for group conditioning and strength training is known to us as the buddy system. We encourage this system for young athletes because it brings forth an avenue of opportunities. The most noticeable advantage to the buddy system is the price break. The next factor is the ability to challenge and encourage each other during workout.
All new members must pay a $50.00 annual registration fee (Sept-Aug)
Individual training package #1
- 1 hour training / 1 time per week: $80.00 / $320.00 monthly
- 1 Hour training / 2 times per week: $140.00 / $560.00 monthly
- 1 Hour training / 3 times per week: $195.00 / $780.00 monthly
*Group training package (2 or more participants)
- 1 Hour training / 1 time per week: $60.00 each / $240.00 monthly
