All American Wrestling Class (13yrs –17yrs)

All American’s High School Classes are for wrestlers in  grades eighth through twelve. Grade school athletes that have been evaluated and considered ready for this level are also eligible to participate. The class is systematically structured to improve the high school athlete physical skills and help them mentally get to the next level. Our goal is to teach the correct fundamentals and preparation for a match, eliminate poor technique, bad habits and master the basic skills needed for high school domination. The High School Wrestling program is a year-round, three-day a week class that aims to produce champions on the mat and off.

Youth All American Wrestling Class (9yrs – 12yrs)

All American offers an entry level Youth program as well as the competitive middle school. The classes are open to all grade school children. These classes are structured for students to learn, improve, and have fun. Our mission is to focus on the mental preparation and disciplinary skills needed to become a wrestler.  We teach all the basic fundamental skills needed for success at a competitive level.  We also work on conditioning, strength, and skills.  Wrestling at this entry level is all about having fun learning how to wrestle. The development of good habits at an early age is extremely important. The curriculum is designed toward the long-term success of the athlete and not simply winning.  Wrestlers learn the skills required to perform for our High School program, when ready a grade school wrestler may be evaluated to move up to our high school program.
